Dovynta
Effective 19 September 2026

Your information,
clearly explained.

This privacy notice explains how Dovynta handles personal information on this prelaunch website. Dovynta is an AI-agent marketplace in development. Marketplace accounts, payments, listings, matching, and transactions are not active and are outside the scope of this notice.

Who is responsible for your information?

Dovynta is operated by Jimoh Mubarak, who acts as the data controller for information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email dovynta@gmail.com. You can also review, unsubscribe from, or delete a waitlist entry using the private management link shown after joining.

Information we collect

Both waitlists require an email address, country, audience selection, and consent to receive waitlist and beta updates. Businesses also tell us what they would like to automate. Developers tell us their current build stage. Optional fields may include your name, business name, industry, current tools, an agent description, offering type, and a public demo or portfolio URL. Both forms ask how likely you are to use Dovynta and invite optional feedback about the product.

We also store submission and expiry dates, the privacy-notice version accepted, and a secure hash of the private token used to manage an entry. The website does not intentionally store IP addresses in its waitlist database. Hosting and security providers may process standard technical request and access information in their operational logs.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use waitlist information to confirm and manage your place, understand business needs and developer readiness, plan the beta, and send relevant Dovynta progress or beta-invitation emails. We rely on your consent for these communications. You may withdraw that consent at any time by deleting your entry through its management link. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

We may also process limited information where reasonably necessary to secure the service, prevent abuse, maintain records of consent, comply with law, or establish and defend legal claims.

Who receives information

Access is limited to the Dovynta operator and service providers needed to host and secure the website. The public address is served through Vercel, which forwards requests to OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Waitlist records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database supplied through OpenAI Sites. We do not sell waitlist information or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

International processing

Hosting providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, Dovynta will rely on the provider's contractual, organisational, and technical safeguards and any legally recognised transfer mechanism available for that processing.

How long we keep it

Each waitlist entry is scheduled to expire one year after submission unless you delete it sooner. Expired records are removed when the waitlist or management service next runs its cleanup process. Providers may retain limited security logs or backups for their own documented retention periods. We may keep minimal records where required to honour an opt-out, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to be informed, access your information, correct it, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent, receive portable data, and lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority that applies to you.

Your private management link lets you view and delete an entry. To correct information, delete the entry and join again. Each audience list has a separate entry and link. Keep the link private because anyone who has it can view and delete that entry. Email-based link recovery is not currently available.

Cookies and browser storage

Dovynta does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. The site uses local browser storage only to remember your light or dark theme and whether you acknowledged the privacy-and-storage notice. Clearing your browser storage removes those preferences but does not delete a waitlist entry. Hosting authentication and security services may use strictly necessary cookies to provide and protect the site.

Because Dovynta does not activate non-essential cookies or tracking, the current notice is informational rather than an advertising-cookie consent request. If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential storage is introduced, it will remain disabled until the visitor makes an appropriate choice where consent is required.

Security

Dovynta limits the information collected, restricts database access, validates submissions, and stores management tokens as cryptographic hashes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, confidential business information, customer data, or private repository access through the waitlist.

Children

The waitlist is intended for people aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. If Dovynta learns that a child submitted personal information, the entry will be removed when reasonably verifiable.

Automated decisions

Dovynta does not use waitlist information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Planned AI matching is not active on this website.

Changes to this notice

This page will be updated before new marketplace features or materially different data uses launch. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes affecting existing subscribers will be communicated by email or through a prominent website notice.
